About
Pathfinder Christian Ministry had been the Pentecostal Chaplaincy at the University of Manitoba since 1982. Now based at St. Paul’s College, we serve university students from various church/faith backgrounds as well as those with no religious affiliation. As a relationship-based ministry, we welcome all students to join our community and grow with us.
Dr. Elmer Chen has an MA in Counselling and Theology, and a PhD in Theology, With 19 years experience in academic, pastoral, and counselling ministries, his passion is to help university students flourish in Christian thought and spirituality through community and mentorship.
